Things are rough this month, especially for people in Minneapolis, Minnesota. People are feeling helpless, not knowing what they can do to resist the fascist regime that is the American government. I want to remind witches that we have magic we can do to support and aid in the mundane actions we take to thwart ICE, Noem, Bovino and Trump. Call your local, elected officials, join mutual aid groups, go to protests, and donate funds. But also, cast protection spells, hex, use glamour magic and sweetening spells. We aren’t helpless. We’re witches. Magic is a tool of the oppressed. Let’s use it.

I’m currently making a hexing oil and I intend to work spells targeting the vote on Monday (1/26/2026) in the Senate for ICE funding.
