It feels, sometimes, like no book is done until it is actually at the printers. February saw me having to go through not only copyedits for The Natural Home Wheel of the Year but having to take extra photos to help the editors understand how some of the crafts come together.
The book includes instructions on how to make a flower crown. My editor asked if I could provide step-by-step photos to go with the instructions. It still being winter (at least when I was working through these photos) I didn’t have access to any flowers. So instead I made paper ones (also from the book).
I probably should smile more in selfies, but I’m not keen on how I look in photographs to begin with and find resting meh face to be preferable to smiling. Just know that I was very pleased with how this turned out and I’m going to keep it for wearing to events.
